Czechoslovakia Vz53

As with many of the Warsaw Pact countries the influence of the WWII Soviet designs shows through here with the Vz53, Widely exported this helmet is made with quality components and with few improvements has lasted in service the best part of 50 years. This is an early example with a red star stencilled to the front, the cover is the "Rain Pattern" and is from the hood of the combat jacket.
