Netherlands M34 Motorcyclist
This is a standard Dutch M34 combat helmet modified for use with dispatch riders, extra padding in the crown of the shell and the addition of a neck flap.
These helmets were introduced at the end of April 1940, the modified liners were made by "J de Valk Jr Leather Goods" Factory in Amsterdam. Given the late date these helmets were introduced I would guess they would have been made in very limited numbers.
