Soviet Ssh40 Traffic Controller

Ssh40 helmet of the Military Traffic Controllers, this helmet has a red band  with a "1" inside a shield to both sides of the helmet, the wearer of this  helmet would have been the Observer/Coordinator/Commander of the unit in the  Division. Dated 1949 and a medium (P-2) size this helmet was manufactured at the  Leningrad Machine Building Factory.
