Romania Ssh40

The Soviet Ssh40's were in service with the Romanian Army until replaced by the M73's in the 1970's. All aspects of these helmets are the same as the Soviet types, though Romanian Army stamps are present inside the shell and the liner pads are brown...though weather the brown liner pads are unique to Romanian helmets is not certain.
