Mongolia Ssh68

Standard Soviet Ssh68 helmet in service with  the Mongolian People's Army (MPA). The insignia to the front is found on the National Flag, known as the "Soyombo Symbol" this represents fire, sun, moon, earth, water and the "Yin-Yang" symbol. This MPA helmet is post 1991 issue, during the Communist period this stencil would be within an outline of a  star, an example of this  is pictured below on an Ssh40. This helmet is a good example of how poor paint retention is on these shells.  A  rare helmet.
