Spain M65
This Spanish M65 was used by Infantry and Marines, and sometimes by BRILAT (airborne troops but not Paratroopers). The M65 helmet is yet another helmet influenced by the US M1, though these helmets were produced with a raw edge. The chinstrap clasp is unique however the liner has a definate US configuration. Issued during the 1980's a variety of covers were available, the two types shown are the reversable "Amoeba," this particular one is constructed of heavier weave and could be a rare variation known as "COES" cover (Special Ops companies) and the other "Field Green" is for " BRILAT" (Airborne Brigade).
